Q. What’s your returns policy?
We want you to be delighted with your Teachappy purchase, so if for any reason you’re not please return it to us within 28 days of purchase and we will be happy to exchange or refund you. Items returned to us must be unworn and in perfect condition, unless faulty.
Q. How do I get a refund?
Please complete the dispatch note with your reasons for return and enclose this within your returns package. We aim to process refunds within 14 days, this may take longer during busy periods, so please bear with us. The length of time it takes to credit your account depends on your card issuer so please refer to their terms for further information.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of returns except in the case of faulty goods. We are also not responsible for returned goods whilst in transit, so we highly recommend choosing tracked postage and retaining your proof of postage when returning products.
Q. How do I exchange my item?
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or different colour, please email us at hello@teachappy.co.uk with your name, order number and details of the item you would like to exchange for. Once we have confirmed stock availability, we will ask you to return your goods to us with the completed dispatch note enclosed. We aim to process exchanges within 14 days after receipt of returned goods (stock permitting).
